Internet Minimum Advertised Price Policy (IMAP Policy)

Effective June 1, 2012, Symmons Industries, Inc. has adopted an Internet Minimum Advertised Price Policy applicable to all Symmons distributors, dealers and resellers located in the United States. This policy is intended to protect Symmons pricing position, to prevent distribution channel conflicts and ensure Symmons products are supported with appropriate marketing, merchandising and product displays.
