Key Accountabilities:

  • Research competition for products consisting of pricing and industry trends (design and style) and prepare presentations on findings
  • Interact and work with the cross functional teams such as customer service, sales, marketing and engineering
  • Identify product features and benefits of Symmons’ legacy products
  • Produce Sales Analysis on new and existing products utilizing Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with design research for our new products
  • Edit and create marketing copy for sales promotions, products and events
  • Work with the Channel Marketing team on Competitive shops for promotional pricing at retail and showroom locations
  • Assist with customer events such as onsite trainings at corporate and at customer locations


  • Undergraduate students studying business administration, communications, economics, or finance; Marketing classes are preferred
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Ability to work either part time or full time for the semester for a stipend in addition to either course credit or general experience
  • Ideal candidate would be outgoing, creative, organized, a team player and have great communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
