Claiming your ActivSense $25 Manufacturer Rebate is easy! Just complete the form and attach the original receipt that clearly shows the ActivSense purchases and the name and location of the distributor where purchased. Rebate checks will be mailed by the 15th of the month after purchase.

ActivSense Rebate Terms & Conditions
Rebate applies only to Symmons Origins sensor faucets and Symmons Origins sensor soap dispensers. Rebate form must be completed online, and original receipt must be uploaded along with form. Valid for purchases made between November 1, 2021 and December 31, 2022. Rebate checks will be sent by the 15th of the month after purchase. There is no limit to the number of rebates earned from multiple purchases.
Eligibility: Rebate applicable to plumbers, contractors, or end users that have purchased the product through a distributor or wholesaler. Distributors, wholesalers, and their employees are not eligible.
