Units March Apartment Rate Month Inflation
- Starts for U.S. multifamily developments of more than five units dropped 43.7% in March compared with the same month in 2023, the Census Bureau and the  Department of Housing and Urban Development reported . Percent Property Prices Price January Month
- The latest commercial property price report from MSCI Real Capital Analytics said that multifamily property prices in March fell 0.9 percent from their level of the month before. Jobs New York Construction March States Employment
