Our benefits package offers provisions for protection, professional development, and personal time off, as well as bonus programs that allow team members to share in the company’s successes. Health Coverage

A number of options related to health and well-being are available to full-time team members on date of hire.


PPO Saver plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Comprehensive and generous medical plan with low out-of-pocket premium cost-sharing and coverage for routine care at no cost.


Dental Blue plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts covers dental and orthodontia services.


Vision Care plan through EyeMed.

Health Savings Account

Symmons generously funds employee HSA accounts

Pre-Tax Flexible Spending Account

Save big on dependent expenses, such as child care costs, by funding your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for Dependent Care. Elections are set aside pre-tax.

401(k) Savings Plan

All new full-time team members are eligible to participate in our 401(k) program without a waiting period. We provide a dollar-for-dollar match on the first 6% of salary that you contribute. Your match is 100% vested from day one of your employment.

Group Term Life Insurance

Symmons provides group term life insurance benefits at 2x annual salary to all full-time team members at NO COST.

Education Assistance

Full-time team members who have been with Symmons Industries for at least 1 YEAR are eligible to be considered for the Tuition Assistance program.

Tuition, course materials, and books are reimbursed at a rate of 85% after successful completion of an approved course up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year.


For full-time team members, vacation time is accrued at a rate determined by years of service.


Symmons provides 11-1/2 paid holidays per year.

Sick Leave / Disability Insurance

Short-term and long-term disability coverage for all full-time team members.
