State Senator Walter F. Timilty (D-Milton) nominated the 82-year-old South Shore design and manufacturing company for the award and presented the citation to company leaders and employees at the Symmons headquarters and manufacturing facility.
While the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted global supply chains causing backorders, project delays, and price fluctuations across industries, Symmons Industries and their Massachusetts-based manufacturing operation maintained the integrity of its product pipeline.
